Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • Season the Drumsticks: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano, and chili flakes. Toss the drumsticks in the seasoning until evenly coated.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Bake: Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
  • Rest & Serve: Let the drumsticks rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
